Lindley Battle is the Founder and Strategic Director of Cultivé. With over a decade of experience in photography, branding, and marketing strategy, she built Cultivé to offer female entrepreneurs the creative support and strategic insight she once needed herself.
Passionate about thoughtful storytelling and brand growth, Lindley leads the Cultivé team with a balance of bold belief, creative freedom, and transformative strategy.
Lindley was just sixteen when she discovered her passion for photography—a spark that turned into a multi-business career.

With over a decade of experience in brand development, marketing, and operations, Kennedy Garrett brings deep expertise in shaping brands through strategic storytelling and creative leadership. She began her career in traditional marketing before leading a full digital transformation, eventually stepping into corporate leadership to oversee rebrands, cross-functional creative teams, and large-scale branding initiatives across print, digital, web, and CPG.
At Cultivé, Kennedy leads the creative team, manages all brand projects, and continuously refines our operational systems to improve team efficiency, clarity, and performance.
Kennedy was a Division 1 women's soccer athlete while earning her business marketing degree.

Ashley originally started college as an interior design major before switching to advertising in her junior year—but her love for interiors never left.

Kaley got her start in marketing at just 13, modeling braces for her dad’s ad company... even though she only had them on for 6 hours.
